By using Clickpass you agree to these terms.
The service
Clickpass provides digital loyalty cards, offers and contact cards that work with Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. During early access the service is free and may change.
Businesses
Each business is responsible for its programs, rewards and offers, for honoring them, and for having a lawful basis to contact its customers. Clickpass is not a party to the relationship between a business and its customers.
Your content
You own what you publish (logos, photos, contact details). You give us permission to show it as part of the service. Don't publish content you don't have the right to use or that is unlawful.
Fair use
Don't abuse the service: no fake stamps, automated sign-ups, attempts to access other people's data or to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that do.
Liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, Clickpass is not liable for indirect losses or for rewards a business does not honor.
